| 2005-07-12 | Cooperated with Tsinghua University to Establish "Joint Lab of Integrated Circuit Technology " 2005-7-12, TMC and Institute of Microelectronics Tsinghua University signed a cooperative agreement for "Joint Lab of integrated circuit technology" (Herein referred to as "Joint Lab"). "Joint Lab" made full use of integrated circuit design technology of Tsinghua University (Institute of Microelectronics) and TMC's industry and market advantages. It researched on realization arithmetic, design technology and realization of integrated circuit of system on chip (SoC), put important technical outcomes into use and manufacture, and contributed to development of integrated circuit and electronic information industry in China. "Joint Lab" also researched on packing, testing, reliability experiments and failure analysis of integrated circuit, helping with transformation of technology to industry. |
