THC20F07C is an 8-bit CPU contact card with a total of 128 kB FLASH memories. It is designed for the applications with high security requirements, e.g., SIM for mobile payment, Banking Card, CA in Paid TV, Campus Card, Tax Card, City Card, etc.

• CPU operating clock can be dynamically switched between internal oscillator and external clock by software
