THC2664 is one of the contact smartcard chips with TDES accelerator developed by Beijing Tongfang Micro-electronics Co., LTD, which is mainly used in telecommunication, financial application, campus system, etc. This chip is composed of ISO/IEC7816-1/2/3 communication interface, 8051/2 compatible CPU, TDES accelerator, 64K-byte EEPROM, 48K-byte ROM and 4K+256-byte RAM.
