THM1000 is a series of read/write modules for contactless smartcard, which is developed by Beijing Tongfang Micro- electronics Co., LTD. It is the key component of a proximity read/write device for data exchange with smartcards.

Three models of THM1000 series:

• THM1012H, general module
  3.3~12V supply voltage, supports Serial and Parallel interface to MCU, operating distance up to 12cm
  
  
• THM1090H, general module
  3.3~9V supply voltage, supports Serial and Parallel interface to MCU, operating distance up to 10cm
  
  
• THM1050H, basic module
  5V supply voltage, operating distance up to 5cm
  
  
• THM1033H, handheld module
  3.3V supply voltage, low-power consumption designed for battery-powered systems. The antenna and the main board can be as close as 1 cm to minimize the read/write device
