THR2016, developed by Tongfang Micro- electronics Company, is a contactless CPU card chip with TDES hardware acceleration. It is mainly oriented to multi-application systems such as municipal facilities, transports and consumption etc., especially for various small-batch applications. It complies with ISO/IEC14443, Type-B, containing 8-bit CPU core (8051/2 compatibility), 16K-byte EEPROM storage, 512-byte SRAM storage and a 32-bit truly random number generator.
