Automotive MCUs THA6 Gen2 series is the first Arm Cortex-R52+ ASIL D MCU in China. With the frequency of 400 MHz, it is built on the Armv8 architecture. Additionally, it integrates the latest GTM 4.1, supports high resolution PWM and achieves EVITA-Full . Featuring a built-in hardware RDC module, the chip supports both software and hardware decoding of resolver signals. This combination provides a reliable foundation for E/E architectures, meeting the demands of applications such as powertrain, chassis, body and intelligent driving.
